In 2015, “HNHT” has begun to invest in the research and development of 5.0 neutral medicinal glass, relying on the State Key Laboratory of Special Glass to develop the composition, production technology and production equipment of neutral medicinal glass, and has formed relevant patented technology. From 2017 to 2019, the company further conducted pilot tests on relevant production technologies and production processes through the demonstration production line of the major scientific and technological project of Hainan Province-photoelectric special glass, produced a batch of medium-borosilicate glass tube products, and conducted relevant tests on the physical and chemical properties of the products, reaching the key performance of the neutral medicinal glass-level 1 water resistance standard, and accumulated rich production experience.The key technology of neutral medicinal glass production has been formed, which can provide important reference data for the production of neutral medicinal glass tubes.
