The 210T/D sheet glass production line built by OOO “Expo Glass” in May 2016, since its production, glass bubbles have been emerging in endlessly, and several rounds of international experts have been unable to solve the problem, resulting in the company's market share shrinking and approaching the edge of loss.During the exhibition, the company's technical personnel made a preliminary diagnosis of the products and production lines of the company, and after returning to China, carried out in-depth theoretical analysis and rigorous experimental demonstration of the company's glass, raw materials, process and parameters, and formally sent professional personnel to the company to carry out technical service implementation on September 10, 2018. According to the current production situation, the technical personnel formulated a technical adjustment plan to guide the company to gradually adjust the raw material proportioning parameters, the angle and flame length of the natural gas gun, thermal load, temperature, oxidation-reduction property, molding process parameters, annealing parameters and other production processes. In less than one month, the glass quality was significantly and rapidly improved, and the number of bubbles decreased from more than 20 per 5 square meters to less than 2, It has reached the highest level of internal control standards of the company. Compared with the performance of several groups of experts who failed to solve the problems that the company had hired before, the chairman of the company said excitedly, "Is this possible?!
